Not my words...But words we should all consider!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Peace!!!

Life, Death, Love and Living.

Life, as dull and mundain as life can be, as fun and fulfilling it can be...we often neglect to focus on the now. By default it seems our brain is wired for the morrow...always looking into the future, assuming there will always be a future. Until one of the moments that we all come to face at one point in our lives, death.
Death is an interesting thing to deal with, it varies from the absolute worst pain to the almost the laughable. It seems to vary on the closeness and the amount of love you recieve from an individual throughout your relationship will actually determine the level of pain you will have when they pass. It is a risky investment for all the benefits of love strike the heart deeply when death has come.
Love, there never has been the perfect definition, but there has always been the perfect understanding. We all have experienced love and know the power of love. When our heart is open and receiving it is the most wonderful feeling in the world. When our heart is broken, it is the most severe and misunderstood emotion. Without the control over love for good and bad, it can deystroy us all.
Living, is what we get from Life, Death and Love. It is the recognition, the moments when we open our eyes to only see our own humanity and humility. Living gives us the breath and joy to realize that we too will be the moment of another's love and sorrow. The moment where we know there is no stress, no worries, no hate...but only living.
....We must all continue to recognize we are alive not only for our health and well being but to help those around us who need there eyes openend. So, when someone looks like they need to smile, give the energy needed to make it happen. Trust me the investment will be worth it!

Master Cleanse: Day 3

It appears last night I came down with a throat cold with a minor cough. I have been drinking hot tea non stop along with my lemonade concoction, however it is not solving my throat issue. I feel a little loopy, forgetful, and display a general inability to concentrate. As I have experienced in the past, day four seems to be the down slope in the hunger fight. Either way, I am trying to fight to the end and continue looking at end as a fraction...1/3 the way there, no problem I can do it, etc...
